Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to support the CEO and manage general office administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Greek and English, possess strong communication skills, and be computer literate. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations within the office and providing top-tier support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration: Perform general office administration tasks including filing, data entry, and office maintenance.
    Support to Valuation and Marketing departments. This includes data entry to platforms related to our services and sending out promotional material.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence in both Greek and English.
  • Client Interaction: Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Meeting Support: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
    Education: Diploma in Secretarial Studies or a University Degree in a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, trustworthy, and able to interact professionally with clients and team members.
    Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.

DANOS are seeking to recruit junior and senior professionals with RA Estate background for its Real Estate Services’ operation.

The requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Valuation, Business Administration.
  • Academic qualifications in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
  • MRICS qualification and accredited Valuers with the Technical Chambers of Cyprus (ETEK) is n, required but will be considered an advantage.
  • Junior and Senior Real Estate professionals will be considered.
  • 2-7 years of relevant experience (Real Estate, Property Development, Valuations).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek (written and spoken).
  • Excellent knowledge of Software Office applications Key responsibilities of the successful candidate.
  • Aiding in due diligence processes, rentals, reviewing of plans and valuation reports.
  • Collecting and reviewing available legal and technical information for each property
  • Developing/maintaining/updating individual asset files and retrieval systems.
  • Coordinate renovations and maintenance services of the properties.
  • Attending site visits and collecting additional market data for the properties.
  • Completing special projects by organizing and processing information about the properties and monitoring results.
  • Managing office works and cooperating with other departments.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by monitoring the real estate sector, market reports, legal and tax regulations and economic trends.
