The right candidate will take a leading role in the development, exploitation and management of the company’s real estate client portfolio, as well as in the expansion of services and clientele in Cyprus.

Main Responsibilities
• Appraisal, sale, rental and development of DANOS clients’ properties, with the aim of maximizing performance and creating added value for clients and the company.
• Management of the Real Estate Leasing – Sales and Studies – Appraisals departments.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Finance or Real Estate .
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek language (oral and written).
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field.
• Excellent knowledge and use of computers and mainly MS Office applications , internet , WordPress CRM , CRP , AI and generally all modern applications

Desirable Additional Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related subject.
• Previous experience in a position of responsibility in a relevant field.
• Good knowledge of a second or third foreign language.
• Experience in management of studies, real estate portfolio, leases and sales.
• Good knowledge of the legislative and urban planning framework.
